Standard Delivery: up to £100 £3.50, over £100 £2.00 (Royal Mail, 1-4 working days)

Special Delivery: £6.00 (Royal Mail, next day before 1pm (includes BFPO destinations)

Europe & Rest of The World

£4.50 (Air Mail where applicable, 4-8 working days) Rest of World: £10.50 (Air Mail, 4-14 working days)

UK Orders:

All items are dispatched to Royal Mail, so they should arrive with your morning’s post. Some orders may require a signature on delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery address i.e. your work place if this is more convenient.

Overseas Orders:

Please order your items over the website or email us mail@divineuk.co.uk. Please note that on orders outside of the EU, local import duties may be payable upon receipt.

All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. Everything from Divine UK comes beautifully packaged.

Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your Divine jewellery. If you want an exchange or refund, simply fill out the return form supplied with your order and return the item/s to us within 30 days. For hygiene reasons we can’t refund or exchange pierced earrings.

When returning items we recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from you local Post Office, keep this safe. Please note that goods are returned to Divine UK at your own expense.

Stock Availability

We try our hardest to maintain good stock levels on all our products (especially at busy times) however we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items. If something is out of stock, we'll always provide you with expected delivery date information or alternative products.

Care advice

To keep your  Divine UK jewellery in good condition we recommend that you keep items apart to prevent them from rubbing together, scratching or tangling up. Keep jewellery out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of natural materials.

When dressing always add your jewellery last as it can be damaged by direct contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray and body lotions. Avoid detergents and salt water and never wear jewellery in bed.

Clean your jewellery regularly with an appropriate professional cleaning product, following the instructions on the bottle. Crystals and Pearls should be wiped with a clean soft cloth.
